How To Order

1. Browse through our Website using the provided links (e.g.: Clothings, Jewellery, etc.).

2. Click on the item picture or name to view details of the product.

3. Select the required options (e.g.: Colour, Pattern, Size, etc.) and click on the Add To Cart button to add the item into the Shopping Cart. PLEASE MEASURE BEFORE CHOOSING THE ITEM, as not all items can fit everyone!

NOTE: Due to popularity, some items may already be sold out. Therefore, if you would like to check the stock availability before confirming order, please feel free to Contact Us. Alternatively, you can always post a question on our Facebook page at

4. Repeat steps 1-3 to browse for and select more items.

5. Once all items are confirmed on the Shopping Cart page, click on the Checkout button to navigate to the Checkout page.

NOTE: If you have any Discount Coupons / Gift Vouchers / Reward Points, key them into the Shopping Cart page first BEFORE proceeding to the Checkout page. Please note that you can only apply 1 x Discount Coupon / Gift Voucher at any one time. In order to use your Reward Points, you need to LOGIN first.

6. You will be required to Login (or Register if you have not done so yet) in order to proceed with your order. Account registration is FREE!

7. At the Checkout page, make sure that all your personal information is correct, and if not, correct them first before proceeding.

8. Fill in the Billing Details, Delivery Details, Delivery Method, Payment Methods, and then agree to the Return Policy by checking on the provided checkbox.

NOTE: Please note that currently we will only deliver to addresses in MALAYSIA and SINGAPORE. More delivery locations may be added in the future.

9. Click on the Confirm Order button to confirm your order. A confirmation e-mail will then be sent to your registered e-mail address (please make sure your e-mail address is correct!).

NOTE: Please keep the confirmation e-mail for future correspondence.

10. Make Payment for your order. After making payment, please e-mail us your fund transfer / bank-in confirmation slip using the order confirmation e-mail that we sent to you as proof of payment.

11. Once payment is received, we will process customer's orders and send out items for delivery within 2-3 working days (subject to stock availability when payment is received). In the event of item out of stock, we will advise customers whether to wait for restock (usually takes 3-4 weeks, subject to availability from manufacturer) or change it to other items. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED!

NOTE: Inactive orders (orders with no response from customer) will be CANCELLED within 1 week of order date.
