Each item will be examined before delivery to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there are any problems with the received items, please do not hesitate to contact us to request for an exchange.
Please note that items are only exchangable within 3 days from the date of receiving. Also, please make sure that the exchange complies with our policy below before making request for an exchange.
- Customers who post the item back to us without informing us first WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED! Hence, please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the Subject "RETURN: <YOUR NAME>" and with the following information:

- REASON FOR EXCHANGE:
- ATTACH PHOTO TO E-MAIL (SHOWING THE PROBLEM OF THE ITEM)
- Customers are required to pay for the return shipping fees first (when sending back to us). We will cover both return and replacement shipping fees for items that are eligible for return/exchange.
- Items must be return in the original condition including tapes, tags, labels or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- Customers need to submit the request within 3 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 3 days WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED!
- Items must be delivered back to us within 3 days upon successful request.
- Once we received the returned items, customer can exchange with same design, style or color if available. If item is out of stock, then customer can exchange with other designs, but if higher price item is selected, customer will have to top up the difference.
- NO REFUNDS ALLOWED!
Items Eligible For Return/Exchange
- Items that are terribly damaged or massively stained.
- Items with prominent and obvious quality problems. (Eg: Discolouration, left & right sleeve not balance, etc)
- Wrong items from what you have ordered. (Eg. Totally wrong item code, style or color)
Items NOT Eligible For Return/Exchange
- Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
NOTE: Colours may appear slightly different via the website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. As such we cannot guarantee that the monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
- Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
- Transparent slightly or bad odour.
- Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
- We strictly do not allow return/exchange for items that are not up to customer's expectations (design not nice) or wrongly chosen (didn't confirm the size measurement before selecting the item, selected Black colour, but later want to change to White colour, etc.), therefore PLEASE CHOOSE CORRECTLY BEFORE CONFIRMING ORDER!
