Shipping & Delivery
*Currently we will only deliver to addresses in MALAYSIA and SINGAPORE. More delivery locations may be added in the future.*
Once payment is received, we will process customer's orders and arrange for delivery within 2-3 working days (subject to stock availability when payment is received).
Please make sure the delivery address is correctly entered under the My Account page. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of goods due to incorrect delivery address provided by customer!

1) While every care has been taken to ensure that the items are in good condition before sending out for delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, late delivery or loss of shipment caused by the delivery company. However, should customer fail to receive their package after a reasonable time-frame, please feel free to contact us and we will assist customer where possible.
2) Please note that if the package is returned to us (due to failed delivery), we will only re-deliver the package upon consultation with the customer. Customer shall bear the costs incurred for the re-delivery. We will advise customer on the delivery cost before sending out the package for re-delivery.
