Shipping & Delivery

*Currently we will only deliver to addresses in MALAYSIA and SINGAPORE. More delivery locations may be added in the future.*

Once payment is received, we will process customer's orders and arrange for delivery within 2-3 working days (subject to stock availability when payment is received).

All items will be shipped out using POSLAJU MALAYSIA. Please make sure the delivery address is correctly entered under the My Account page. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of goods due to incorrect delivery address provided by customer!

Customers may track the status of their consignment by clicking on the POSLAJU Tracking link provided on each page of our Website.

1) While every care has been taken to ensure that the items are in good condition before sending out for delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, late delivery or loss of shipment caused by the delivery company. However, should customer fail to receive their package after a reasonable timeframe, please feel free to contact us and we will assist customer where possible.

2) Please note that if the package is returned to us by POSLAJU (due to failed delivery), we will re-deliver the package using a private courier company instead (for better flexibility on delivery timing) and customer shall bear the costs incurred for the re-delivery. We will advise customer on the delivery cost before sending out the package for re-delivery.
